IN A MUDDLE

Have you ever had a week when you seemed in a muddle? Your brain just didn’t seem to click along. You couldn’t seem to get yourself organized. Your to-do list looked like a mess because you couldn’t figure out what to do, let alone when to do it. You realized the problem, you just didn’t know how to get out of your muddle-brained state. What to do?

Here's a suggestion: Go to our heavenly Father and ask His help. Ask Him to shed light and truth onto your life so you can see. Consider how you are feeling physically - are you getting enough rest and sleep, are you eating nutritious meals, are you unusually busy, are you coming down with a cold?

Then consider your emotional health - are you under unusual stress at work or at home, are you grieving because someone close to you has died, are you facing the unknown world of medical tests? Perhaps your disorganized thoughts are to be expected at such a time.

No matter the cause, we can always ask the Lord to:

Oh send out thy light and thy truth; let them lead me. Psalm 43:3

Thank you, heavenly Father!
