ORDER IN THE UNIVERSE

A sense of order can be seen in the big public library in town. Each book is given a number when it enters the system. It is cataloged and then it is placed in the collection on a shelf. At a moment’s notice, if a book is needed, the librarian can look for that particular book by a specific number in a particular place.

God, too, must love a sense of order. Look around you at the universe. All is in order. The sun and its planets are placed so that day and night have a specific order. The oceans are placed in specific places. Plants and animals reveal a certain order and function. A sense of order must please God immensely!

Thou has made the moon to mark the seasons; the sun knows its time for setting.
Psalm 104:19

Heavenly Father, thank You for the order You have established in the universe. Please help me to maintain a sense of order in my corner of the world where You have placed me. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
