LIMITLESS ENERGY

Sometimes we humans think that our energy is limitless - that we have an unending supply. Until we come down with the flu. Then we realize how limited our energy really is as we struggle to get out of bed, put on our clothes, feeling as weak as a noodle. We are reminded that we are, after all, human.

Even though we may realize that our energy has limits, we often find ourselves wishing for more hours in a day . . . more days in the week . . . to accomplish all we want to get done. How wise God is to have set a limit to our hours, our days and our energy - thereby protecting us. Surely we can accomplish exactly what is needed in the time God gives!

This is the day which the Lord has made; let us be glad and rejoice in it. Psalm 118:24

Heavenly Father, thank You for establishing limits in time and energy. Please help me use both wisely. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
