Go with God.” That’s what “Vaya con Dios” means in Spanish.

Have you ever thought about that phrase?

What does “Go with God” mean? Certainly it does not mean to drag God along behind us as we hurry and scurry through our busy days, ignoring Him, leaving Him to trail behind in the dust.

This is Almighty God we are talking about, the King of the Universe. This is God our heavenly Father who longs for our companionship, our love and our obedience.

Yes, as we go through our busy days, God’s presence is with us every step of the way. Yet how important it is for us to Vaya con Dios - go with God - every step of HIS way. That means listening to His voice, learning His thoughts on a matter and following His directions. Let’s VAYA CON DIOS.
