Do you have a garden this year? While laboring in it planting, weeding and harvesting, have you ever felt a little bit like Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden? God placed them in that particular beautiful spot on earth. The care of it was their responsibility.In which ‘garden’ space has God placed you? His placement of you is in a particular family, neighborhood, home, community, fellowship, job and/or volunteer position.
Hopefully, God derives extreme pleasure as He watches you faithfully laboring in it and tending it as He directs. May we each daily be diligent in our work in that particular garden in which we are placed.
The Lord God took the man and put him in the garden of Eden to till it and keep it. Genesis 2:15
Master Gardener, please help me to see clearly the ‘garden’ You have given me to tend. Please help me to be faithful in each detail. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
